Sometimes a song strikes the memory of when
I knelt at the altar I was set free from sin
And it's often hard to find the words to describe
The victory I gained at the altar that night

And the picture of Calvary broke through to my heart
The moment I realized that I could be free

God's grace won the battle, sin lost the fight
